This course is created to provide foundational competency development for professionals new to resource management that work in organizations that focus on project-based work. Covering Global Resource Management, a procedure approach established for attaining highly effective implementation of human capital as part of the Just-in-Time Resourcing ® brand of human capital management services, the course teaches what the right set of RM abilities are and why they are very important to help with getting the right person in the best location at the best time.
