Speaking at the SXSW celebration in London, Sir Tony said: 'We're in the foothills of the most transformative transformation because the Industrial Revolution of the 19th century.

'Government's everything about process, so you might use AI to accelerate the process of the government, making certain that we do, for example, all the routine jobs of government far more effectively.

'You could be responding to people in a a lot more delicate, much faster, much better, more efficient way.
